Parking Operations Supervisor

About the Role: As a Parking Operations Supervisor at ABM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of our cashiers and facility coordinators, ensuring that all revenue-generating activities are monitored and reported accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking Operations Oversight: You will be responsible for preparing weekly schedules for our cashiers and facility coordinators, monitoring all parking operations and revenue activities on the event log, and managing the master change fund to meet the change bank needs unique to each operating cashier shift.
  • Cashier Support: You will provide daily support to our cashiers, including dropping off all deposits and transferring them to the auditing clerk, filling out fund and drop accountability forms, and entering cashiers' TOD amounts into the parking RDMS.
  • Ticketing and Auditing: You will ensure that all ticketing and auditing processes are carried out efficiently, including transferring all cashier tickets and related paperwork to the audit department daily and handling guest problems at the exit, including fee adjustments per policy.
  • Space Management: You will maintain accurate space counts throughout the shift and monitor CSRs and facility coordinators for uniform compliance.
  • Gate Control: You will manually control gates as necessary and answer intercom calls from guests and employees.

About You:

  • Experience: We are looking for an individual with 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience in a similar field.
  • Knowledge: A proven knowledge of parking and transportation operations is essential, along with good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Skills: You should have proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
