Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $44 to $47.50 per hour, with an additional $3,000 assignment bonus available under specific conditions.* You will be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals who understand the unique needs of school-based SLPs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students, assessing, screening, evaluating, and sharing results with parents and the school's interdisciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
  • Reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
  • Establishing a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for each student's needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • A Pennsylvania SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • School experience is preferred but not required
  • ASHA Certification
