Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe. As a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of respiratory care to patients on your assigned shift, providing support and direction for staff as needed, and demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the Respiratory Care team.
Responsibilities- Oversee the administration of respiratory care to patients on your assigned shift.
- Provide support and direction for staff as needed.
- Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the Respiratory Care team.
- Participate in department education projects and trainings, as well as the orientating of new respiratory therapists.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program required. Bachelor's of Science degree in Respiratory Care is preferred.
- Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Texas is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical respiratory therapy setting required, including 1 year experience in intensive care.
- Current BLS Certification is required.
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred.
