Are you passionate about social justice and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents? As an Overnight Residential Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a residential treatment setting that specializes in trauma-informed care. Our comprehensive approach includes a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. We offer flexible scheduling options, including 10:45pm-8:45am shifts with one weekend shift per week.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing effective coping strategies and role-modeling positive behaviors. Your daily interactions with students will focus on helping them develop life skills such as cooking, banking, and vocational skills, which will enable them to succeed in their future endeavors. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during overnight shifts, remaining awake and vigilant to provide the highest level of care.
