Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description:

  • Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining resident dignity.
  • Monitor resident health and report any changes to the nursing team promptly.
  • Document accurate records for tracking resident progress and seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in fun interactions, games, and life enrichment activities that bring joy to our residents.

Requirements:

  • A high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • An up-to-date Certified Nursing Assistant certification and CPR certification are essential.
  • Friendly, patient, and excellent listening skills are necessary for building strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Teamwork and attention to detail are crucial for delivering exceptional care and maintaining a safe environment.

Working Conditions:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will primarily work within the assisted living unit of our facility, interacting with residents, families, and staff. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
