Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Nurse Leader to join our team as a Travel Healthcare Specialist at Lancesoft Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Management: Assume responsibility for a designated group of patients, providing comprehensive care tailored to individual health needs.
  • Clinical Documentation: Record patient responses to interventions and treatments, updating physician orders as required.
  • Physician Support: Assist physicians during patient examinations and perform minor diagnostic and treatment procedures.
  • Multidisciplinary Care Delivery: Collect and observe patients' physiological data, recognizing abnormal patterns and intervening when necessary.
  • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications, initiate and manage IV infusions, and oversee blood product administration, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care competently and in alignment with professional nursing practices.
  • Communication and Education: Engage patients and families in understanding care plans, hospital procedures, and discharge instructions to ensure a collaborative care approach.
  • Referral Coordination: Identify patient care needs and refer them to appropriate healthcare personnel or services.
  • Task Delegation and Supervision: Delegate suitable tasks to support staff, ensuring alignment with patients' care plans and team goals.
General Responsibilities:
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to department functionality and patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
