At CCMC, we're seeking a Community Experience Coordinator to drive our resident-centric focus and create memorable experiences in our large-scale communities. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in executing our company's purpose statement: We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and in the offices where we work.

In this role, you'll work with residents and community partners to create and facilitate connections through events, programming, and communications. You'll develop and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar, working cohesively with our Communications Associate to develop content for our community communications. You'll also oversee the operation of our amenity center, including rentals, and establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations and businesses to benefit residents and the overall community.

As a Community Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing general policies and procedures, as well as administrative duties. You'll create a strong, professional, and symbiotic relationship with our Board of Directors and be comfortable with public speaking and engagement.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual with 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or other related experience, and 2 years of experience with creating and managing communications. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development is preferred.
