POSITION SUMMARY

We are actively seeking a committed and proficient Logistics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods and equipment. This position is both challenging and rewarding, necessitating excellent driving skills, careful attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

No CDL Required. - Clean Driving Record Required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely operate medium to large vehicles daily for the delivery and collection of rental equipment at various locations as instructed
  • Ensure timely deliveries by selecting the most efficient routes to meet established schedules and customer expectations
  • Provide maintenance services for mobility devices such as strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, lockers, and related equipment
  • Ensure accurate documentation and order receipts in accordance with company policies, promptly reporting any inconsistencies
  • Maintain a safe working environment, comply with safety protocols and equipment operation standards, and keep workspaces tidy and organized
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Efficiently load and unload equipment as required
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment as necessary
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address any issues raised
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of [2] years of experience as a box truck driver
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local roads and routes
  • Exceptional driving and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and effective task prioritization abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
