Snowbasin Resort: Parking Attendant Role

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest service as a Parking Attendant at Snowbasin Resort. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding guests to parking areas, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our lots, and providing general support during peak periods.

This position requires confidence, assertiveness, and a positive attitude when interacting with guests. You must be able to work in various weather conditions for extended periods and lift 50 pounds. If you thrive in an outdoor environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Direct guests to roads, parking lots, and designated parking spaces.
  • Keep walkways clear of ice and snow.
  • Empty parking lot waste and recycling receptacles and maintain a clean and debris-free environment.
  • Assist with resort operations during peak times, including tasks such as snow removal, shuttle services, and trash emptying.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be confident in directing guests in a friendly and assertive manner.
  • Be able to work in any weather condition for extended periods.
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Be physically capable of shoveling snow for extended periods.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
