Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategy and Product Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple business lines. The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills, be able to manage multiple stakeholders, and have experience working in both marketing and sales environments.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating effective marketing campaigns, managing conference materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, design, and UX teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of product marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage and execute conference materials, guaranteeing that marketing resources for events are up-to-date, align with brand standards, and are distributed appropriately.
- Develop, update, and manage sales enablement materials to support sales teams in achieving their targets, ensuring alignment with Ascent's goals and objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis, translating findings into actionable strategies to improve Ascent's marketing efforts.
- Oversee the management of marketing assets, ensuring they are readily accessible and up-to-date for internal stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
- Agency experience or experience handling multiple priorities across different stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in sales (e.g., attending conferences, handling sales meetings, and knowing what is needed to get deals done).
- Strong writing, project management, and creative skills to successfully execute marketing projects.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience coordinating marketing campaigns across departments.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
