Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic supply chain initiatives, drive operational excellence, and manage end-to-end projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain and logistics projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes, driving efficiency and cost savings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, procurement, and IT teams to implement innovative supply chain solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve workflow and streamline processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on operational excellence and sustainability.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality, reliable services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehousing environments.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects, meeting deadlines, and managing budgets.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
