The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
As a Dietary Aide in our Culinary Apprenticeship Program, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career while serving meals to our residents. You'll assist in daily and scheduled cleaning duties, set up the dining room, and help prepare meals under the guidance of our experienced cooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve meals to residents in a fine dining setting
  • Assist in daily and/or scheduled cleaning duties, including work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, sweeping and mopping floors as directed, performing dishwashing/cleaning procedures
  • Set up the dining room, as well as meal trays, food carts, etc. as instructed
  • Assist cooks in preparing meals

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in a restaurant setting is a plus
  • Ability to serve food and beverage in a fine dining setting
