**Human Resources Coordinator**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide support at the facility level for all employees.

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring applicant flow, updating applicants in the tracking system, and assisting Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning.

You will also be responsible for completing the employment process for new hires, scheduling and assisting with new hire orientation, and ensuring the Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed.

Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date files for employment documents and complete benefit enrollment and follow-ups.

**Requirements**

+ Minimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or

+ Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources

+ Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting
