Bilingual Part-Time Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Bilingual RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, obtain patient history, and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Assist in the coordination of care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Support the clinician in managing complex patient needs, lead and support front and back office staff in addressing patient concerns and center needs.
- Implement provider orders, order follow-up, medication refills, patient/family education, and identify opportunities for preventative screening.
- Triage patient calls and concerns, schedule appointments, and communicate effectively with providers to resolve issues.
- Set up patients for procedures, exams, and obtain vital signs, utilizing phlebotomy skills for blood draws.
- Maintain day-to-day operations in the clinic, utilizing organizational skills to manage the healthcare needs of our diverse patient population.
- Properly document patient care and information, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Maintain exam room supplies and perform additional responsibilities in alignment with certification or licensure.
- Graduate of an approved RN program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the respective state.
- At least one year of experience in a primary care clinic or provider office.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Phlebotomy skills.
- Solid computer skills, including Electronic Health Records.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work health center hours.
- Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
