A Visionary Aesthetic Sales Role at Galderma

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that values diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration. We are seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Sales Strategist to join our team in the Southwest region.

This role offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, with annual bonus opportunities and career advancement possibilities. Our benefits package includes a range of perks, such as shift differential, comprehensive training, and cross-functional exposure.

In this key position, you will drive significant growth in select, high-potential accounts by conducting thorough business assessments, identifying opportunities for Alastin growth, and developing S.M.A.R.T. action plans. You will partner with Account Managers to develop forecast targets, initiatives to drive growth, and reports to monitor progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting business assessments and building strategic growth plans for designated Strategic Accounts
  • Partnering with local Account Managers to develop forecast targets, initiatives to drive growth, and reports to monitor progress
  • Establishing and applying business building principles on best practices related to successful revenue generating approaches and pull-through strategies
  • Developing action plans, applying S.M.A.R.T. principles, to include education on the science, messaging, social media, providing selling skills for office staff, incentives, and general best practices

You will have the opportunity to participate in regular SAM Success team calls to collaborate with the SAM team along with the Training and Education and Marketing teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to utilize Excel and PowerPoint when needed, and effective goal setting, planning, and communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5 or more years of aesthetic sales experience
  • Proven expertise in integrating medical and retail in a practice
  • Effective coaching, training, and development skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get others to buy into specific goals and strategies in a fast-paced, demanding environment
