This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at Eliassen Group. Based in Charlotte, NC, this hybrid role offers a great work-life balance with 3 days of on-site work per week.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to handle and resolve customer complaints, investigate root causes, and formulate solutions that meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complaint investigation processes, financial products, and services.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent future complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate current regulations and standards impacting complaint handling and develop solutions to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Proven track record of analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as those related to consumer complaints and compliance.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $24.50-$28.50 per hour, based on industry standards and the location in Charlotte, NC. This rate may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
