Job Summary

US Conec Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our molding machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and assembly equipment.
  • Diagnose malfunctions using proper test equipment and perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and assembly equipment.
  • Document repairs through the Maintenance Work Order System and participate in problem-solving and process improvements on existing and new equipment.
  • Perform general equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and compressed air and machine water tower maintenance.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure maintenance responsibilities are covered for production needs, even on off shifts.
  • Respond to emergency issues affecting production or the facility and actively participate in continual improvement, corrective action, and internal/external customer satisfaction.
  • Perform work on electrical circuits using proper Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures and order repair and maintenance components and supplies as needed.
  • Keep organized component inventory, both physically and electronically, and participate in weekly safety meetings with maintenance staff.
  • Operate a forklift and perform other routine duties related to the maintenance of molding machinery and support of the molding department.
Requirements
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organization and communication skills with internal customers.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
