Dual Enrollment Support Specialist

About the Role:
This key position is part of the dual enrollment department, serving nearly 10,000 students and over 50 partnering high schools. The employee will collaborate with the director, site coordinators, and success coaches to support the admissions and enrollment of dual enrollment students. The primary mode of admission and registration is in-person with partnering high schools located across the valley during school hours, requiring travel time. Some phone or hybrid work may be available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provides admissions and enrollment support of dual enrollment students (high school students taking college courses) utilizing the Student Information System (90% of time)
• Other early college support activities as assigned, which may include outreach and customer service provided to students by text, phone, or email (10% of time)
Requirements:
A. One (1) or more years of working in secondary or higher education
B. Demonstrated experience working with students
C. Customer service experience with the use of technology
Desired Qualifications:
A. Experience using a student information system to complete processes
Special Working Conditions:
May be required to travel and work at high school partner locations and work for long periods of time on a laptop computer.
