Seeking a skilled AP Team Lead to oversee and manage daily operations in our Spring Hill, FL location. This full-time position comes with a competitive hourly wage range of $19-$30 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

As an AP Team Lead at Walmart Supercenter #967, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in maintaining a high level of customer service and store appearance. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, meet sales goals, and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of associates to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and store appearance.
  • Ensure efficient store operations, including managing inventory, scheduling, and workflow.
  • Collaborate with department managers to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
