Hy-Vee - W Burlington Ave. Job Summary: As a Hy-Chi Cook at Hy-Vee, you will be responsible for preparing various foods for the Hy-Chi department. Your duties will include being responsible for food in hot and cold cases, preparing the woks and cook soups first and then meats, preparing vegetables and ready sauces, adding spices, and combining all the ingredients with the meat. You will also be responsible for placing food in hot cases, monitoring amounts, and refilling as necessary. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare various foods for the Hy-Chi department
