We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Property Operations Manager to join our team at Vacasa. Job Overview

The Property Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of vacation rental experiences to guests and property owners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a budget for your portfolio, adhering to set annual costs, and performing cost-benefit analyses
  • Developing and maintaining open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management
  • Supporting your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls, and tickets
  • Partnering with Business Development Representatives when new units join the portfolio
  • Performing light home maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing door hinges

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings, and evenings as needed
  • Professional communication skills, including email, phone calls, video calls, and texts
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year, based on experience, education, and location. Additionally, eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $150 per month.
