About the Role

Mindful Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Senior Psychotherapist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to our clients via telehealth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, micro, and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with patients
  • Provide ongoing education and support to patients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in regular supervision and peer review sessions
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations
