Personal Care Specialist LVN

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare, providing skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes. This role requires dedication, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job DescriptionThe LPN/LVN will be responsible for implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with healthcare professionals. They will also administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $58,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
