Job Overview

CES is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Global Supply Management and Logistics Directors.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling confidential information, proficiency in MS Office products, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to 4 Global Supply Management and Logistics Directors
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and maintaining appointment calendars
  • Gather and maintain sensitive information
  • Update and maintain databases
  • Support project work as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Some event planning experience
  • Experience working with upper-level management
  • Strong communication skills
