Compensation Package

Job Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Health Care Specialist, you will provide compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions, assessing their needs and developing individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and stability. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being.

Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status
• Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and stability
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being
• Advocating for patients' rights and facilitating psychoeducation for patients and their families

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of recent experience working in behavioral health. Strong communication and adaptability skills are also essential.
