Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Director of Finance and HR, assisting with various tasks including purchasing, reporting, calendar management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Handle accounting tasks (receipts, reconciliation, reporting)
  • Manage company licenses and insurance
  • Assist with QuickBooks and other financial systems
  • Support month-end processes
  • Maintain accounting records
  • Complete administrative tasks (filing, contracts, etc.)
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
