Premium Cook

Job Summary:

Levy is seeking a skilled Premium Cook to join our team at Fiserv Forum. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Food Service: Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature, and is attractive and tasty.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Record Keeping: Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Supply Management: Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Safety and Maintenance: Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately. Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Teamwork: Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Personal Safety: Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
