About the Role

The Guest Service Team Member is responsible for delivering World Class service to our guests. This includes acting as the face and voice of Wingstop, providing authentic, positive, and genuine experiences, and interacting with guests by greeting them, answering phone calls, and taking and delivering orders.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests upon arrival and provide a positive first impression.
  2. Answer phone calls and take orders in a timely manner.
  3. Deliver orders in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. An estimated salary range for this position is $10-$15 per hour, depending on location and experience.
