Job Description
The Technical Lead will provide technical guidance and support on Infor ERP system issues, software development, product releases, hardware deployment, and engineering duties. This role will guide the team's work and processes, utilizing best practices to streamline operations. The Technical Lead will ensure that the team is compliant with all change control measures within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product owners, other product stakeholders, and team members.
  • Craft and present business solutions to team and product owners.
  • Maintain a holistic view and understanding of technical projects, providing input to balance project scope, priorities, and goals with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify business requirements and stakeholder needs, considering Montefiore as a whole.
  • Recommend technologies for implementation and connections between components.
  • Participate in project planning processes, including tracking and reporting.
  • Provide technical leadership to all team members.
  • Lead requirements review and estimation.
  • Be a subject matter expert in technical aspects.
  • Perform technical interviews as required.
  • Present technical information to create awareness of changes in technology.
  • Implement risk mitigation processes and conduct security audits.
  • Review solutions for quality, avoiding complexity and advocating clarity.
  • Provide support for escalated technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Infor ERP systems and their modules.
  • Prior experience as a senior technical resource working on large-scale technology projects.
  • Understanding of application systems development lifecycle.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, peers, and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
