We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Clinic Resource Pool team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Description

Estimated Salary: $73,760 per year.

This position requires a highly skilled and adaptable nurse who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

The registered nurse will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Montana licensure (Registered Nurse)
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Competence in modified primary nursing
  • PREFERRED: AHA American Heart Association PEARS certification
  • PREFERRED: Outpatient clinic experience
  • PREFERRED: Knowledge of electronic health record operating systems
