About the Job Description: This role is responsible for performing site investigations of marine structures, bridges, and other infrastructure assets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is strongly preferred and required within 6 months of commencing employment. Certified Commercial Diver - ADCI, HSE, DCBC, IMCA or ADAS is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the scope of work is fulfilled as directed and that the contracted deliverable is submitted out on schedule and as budgeted
  • Works collaboratively with all members of the inspection team and of other engineering disciplines
  • Analyzes deficient components of marine structures to assess load capacity
  • Prepares plans, specifications, cost estimates and supporting documentation
  • Assists with civil and structural design
  • Performs other duties as required
