C.H. Robinson is a leading global logistics company seeking a skilled Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand its Global Forwarding division. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in securing new customers, developing sustainable relationships, and delivering exceptional supply chain solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for generating revenue, conducting face-to-face sales meetings, presenting supply chain improvement recommendations, and closing deals. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

To achieve this, you will engage with customers and potential clients regularly, maintain relationships, and ensure ongoing success of accounts in collaboration with local assigned Account Executive/Account Manager. You will also ensure alignment with branch strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development, manage customer interactions, and foster relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

As a Sales Executive at C.H. Robinson, you will collaborate with internal departments to understand customers' business challenges and supply chain goals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, prospect new customers, and respond to sales leads generated by overseas offices or assigned by your Sales Manager.

You will work closely with your Sales Coordinator to coordinate quotes and facilitate the transition of new customers to the local Account Executive/Account Manager. In addition, you will travel within your assigned territory, minimum 3-4 days per week, to meet with clients, conduct site visits, and build relationships.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship building. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 2-3 years of Global Forwarding outside sales experience, and a willingness to travel extensively.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, along with advanced knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

You should possess strong attention to detail, a keen sense for business development, and a clear 'hunter' mentality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and a passion for working in a diverse and inclusive environment is essential.

C.H. Robinson offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and location.
