HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383-bed hospital located in Bradenton, FL, with a 13-acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches. We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto Counties.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehabilitation team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
- Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse experience preferred
