Human Resources Generalist

Amberwell Health is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and executing human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Collaborate in HR department functions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study.
- Four years of related work experience, preferred.
- Human Resources certification, preferred.
The Human Resources Generalist will work in a standard office environment with occasional travel to various locations. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
