Job Summary:

Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial activity of assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and responsibilities of accountants
  • Ensure accurate and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Review and prepare monthly financial statement packets for review by the Controller and executive team
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all financial transactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • One year of management experience
  • Three or more years of Accounting/Finance experience
  • Working knowledge of windows based personal computers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in business software applications

Preferred qualifications:

  • Two or more years of management experience
  • Meditech, Epic and/or Lawson experience
  • CPA or Master's Degree

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $87,360.00 to $121,971.20 on an annualized basis.
