Marketing Campaign Specialist for CBS Entertainment

CBS, a subsidiary of Paramount Global, creates and distributes industry-leading content across various platforms to audiences worldwide. Salary Range: $87,000 - $91,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program, PTO, and bonus eligibility. Job Description
This position will lead the planning and execution of creative campaigns and assets for various genres, including drama, comedy, unscripted/alternative, specials, daytime, and late night. As a Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with partners and agencies to implement strategic marketing plans on time and within budget. Your expertise in project management, creativity, organization, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving will drive success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage 360-marketing campaigns, including activations, partnerships, media plans, and assets, across a subset of CBS shows and specials.
- Handle operational aspects, such as workflow, timelines, asset development, and budget tracking.
- Create schedules, determine resources, estimate time, track costs, and ensure project completion requirements.
- Work with the Brand lead to set clear objectives, build and gather requirements, and manage constraints, including budget, timeline, scope, quality, and efficiency.
- Prioritize projects to align with larger business goals.
- Analyze and mitigate problems; communicate updates to stakeholders on progress, delays, and budget implications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain excellent relationships with partners across Paramount Global.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in entertainment, project management, creative services, or entertainment marketing.
- Brand or project management experience at an entertainment company or advertising/promotion agency is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of traditional and digital entertainment marketing, including on-air, display, print, OOH, social, performance, and digital media channels.
