Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sales team as a Technology Business Growth Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn the outside sales process, manage a client base, and gain the skills to bring on new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales revenue to meet annual targets by understanding customer needs and presenting effective business solutions.
  • Become a trusted business technology advisor to prospects and clients by demonstrating the benefits of applicable technology.
  • Prospect through in-person meetings, phone calls, email, social media, and networking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to your client base, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of business technology sales.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Active listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and resilience to navigate challenging sales situations.
  • A comfort level with prospecting through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, email, social media, and networking.
  • The ability to ask great questions, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Basic math and organizational skills to manage sales data and client information.
  • Honesty and a competitive spirit to drive sales performance.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A team-oriented approach to collaborate with colleagues and achieve shared goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for proposal generation and virtual meetings.
