Speech-Language Pathology Professional

Mainplace Post Acute in Orange, CA is seeking a dynamic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team. Competitive Compensation: Earn $53-$60 per hour based on experience, providing you with a competitive income that reflects your skills and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing an appropriate plan of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness, modifying services as needed and referring patients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
- Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, meeting regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic documentation system, adhering to company policy.
