Job Summary

The Patient Experience Manager will be responsible for coordinating and directing all patient experience activities within assigned systems. This role will ensure that client satisfaction initiatives are met, employee relations are strong, financial goals are achieved, and future business growth plans are successful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and negotiate matters relating to patient satisfaction initiatives to assure highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all client, government, corporate and division policies and procedures.
  • Track financial incentives, penalties, and reporting tied to patient satisfaction performance for respective units.
  • Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
  • Administer required client/customer surveys and respond in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance, progression, and follow-up of any patient satisfaction initiatives.
Benefits and Requirements

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training, hospitality and healthcare experience preferred, and excellent coaching and on-the-job training skills.
