Job Description
As a Field Service Manager at Novatech, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing field service support and providing technical assistance to service technicians. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities
• Oversee field service support and provide proactive technical assistance to service technicians
• Manage a team of technicians, identifying cost savings opportunities, and preparing monthly performance reviews
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve service delivery

Requirements
• 5 years' experience servicing copiers and printers
• Previous management experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
