Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Systems Engineer to join our Advanced Energy team at CHA. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work on innovative projects that balance cost-saving measures with long-term sustainability goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will conduct design development, implementation, and technical analysis of various systems to implement new products or changes to existing schemes. They will work on multiple projects in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet client, contractual, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor progress and performance against project plans, resolving operational problems and minimizing delays
  • Recognize technical discrepancies in analytical results and make appropriate corrections
  • Identify, develop, and gather technical resources necessary to complete assignments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Minimum 3 years' related engineering experience required
  • Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the respective engineering field and proven ability to practically apply it in a professional environment
  • Proficient in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
  • Understands QA/QC procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment with the willingness to assist more senior staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
  • Participation in a professional engineering society/organization
What We Offer

CHA offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also offer opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
