Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient physical therapy department, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives while advancing your own clinical expertise and professional development.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and research

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K matching.

Requirements
  • DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
