About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in the heart of Eastern Washington.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, weekday schedule opportunity with excellent work-life balance. You will have the chance to work in a highly supported Occupational Medicine program with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care and medical services to employees in various industries, including urgent care, emergency medicine, and primary care.
  • Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to ensure timely return-to-work for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by law and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Occupational Medicine or a related field.
  • Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, including:

  • $130,000-$152,000 per year, depending on experience.
