We are a leading provider of 3D Mechanical Design services and Precision Machining and Fabrication solutions to various industries.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Designquest LLC. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and manufacturing parts to provided drawings and models using CNC mills, lathes, routers, plasma cutters, and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and manufacture parts to specified drawings and models
  • Perform setups, select and maintain tooling, and make adjustments to maintain quality
  • Run parts to specified drawings and tolerances
  • Perform all finish work to parts, including deburring, tumbling, cleaning, and engraving
  • Inspect parts using various gages and/or CMM machines
Requirements
  • Manual milling experience
  • Manual lathe experience
  • Toolmaker experience
  • CNC Mill, Lathe, Router Setup and operation
  • CNC Programming using CAM software
