This is a unique opportunity to join Info Way Solutions as a Servicenow System Administrator.

Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operationalizing and administering our existing CMDB, coordinating and training technical resources, and finalizing the rollout of Resource Manager, including building complex reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities
  • Create an assessment of needs for existing CMDB
  • Create Project Plan to Operationalize existing CMDB
  • First Draft of CMDB Process Plan
  • First draft of Resource Manager Dashboard
  • Final draft of Dashboard and all required reports
Daily/Weekly Expectations
  • Plan and Lead meetings for each project daily/weekly
  • Meeting notes using our template will be sent out within 24 hours of each meeting
  • Timelines and deliverables will be met as indicated in project plan
  • Roadblocks will be reported to the supervisor for each project, no later than the Wednesday project meeting
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementation and Administration
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator managing all day to day administration for CMDB and supporting the ServiceNow platform
  • Clear communication skills demonstrating professional organization, technical documentation, creating project plans, and monitoring progress using Service-Now
  • Experience integrating and managing multiple third-party data sources for CMDB
  • Hands on experience with implementation of Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project Management modules and reporting/dashboard creation
Working Arrangements

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite for the first 8 weeks while background check is in process, and thereafter, a hybrid schedule of two days in office and two days remote.
