We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic team at the Rock Lititz Campus in Lititz, PA, and our second sister kitchen located on the 3rd floor of Annie Baileys in downtown Lancaster, PA. • Workstation Setup and Maintenance: Ensure efficient setup and teardown of workstations to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Ingredient Preparation: Prepare and stock ingredients necessary for each shift, adhering to food safety protocols and maintaining a clean environment.
• Cooking and Menu Preparation: Collaborate with the kitchen staff to prepare menu items, utilizing your culinary skills and creativity.
• Food Safety and Quality: Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests.

• Culinary Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook or similar role.
• Lifting Ability: Able to lift up to 30 pounds to meet the demands of the position.
• Flexibility and Availability: Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation to meet scheduling needs.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
