As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing phone calls, confirming service appointments, and following up with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing phone and internet service leads
  • Set, confirm, and follow up with customer service appointments
  • Collaborate with service advisors to schedule service appointments
  • Maintain a general understanding of the repair process and explain it to customers
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner

Requirements:

  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bilingual a plus
