We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Avamere Communities in Beaverton, OR.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and be committed to enhancing the lives of every person we serve.
As a Physiotherapist with Avamere, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients in need.
The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress according to organizational guidelines and professional standards.
You will also serve as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and their families, and actively participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients according to licensure
- Direct and supervise the work of assistants and rehab aides as applicable
- Follow safety procedures regarding personal protection and patient safety
- Expand knowledge through continuing education and associations
- Support department operations and development
- Communicate patient status and needs to patients, families, caregivers, or other members involved with patient care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved curriculum in Physical Therapy
- Able to practice unencumbered
- In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources
- Full knowledge of resident's rights
- Ability to multitask
- CPR certification
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $41-$56 per hour, commensurate with experience.
