About the Role

We are seeking a Personal Trainer to join our team at Equinox. As an Equinox personal trainer, your career becomes an empowered lifestyle founded on maximizing both your personal and client performance.

Under the guidance of dedicated managers, you will develop and refine an approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning that ensures your Personal Training career is as unlimited as your passion.

Primary Responsibilities
  • PT Business Management: Build and maintain an active client base, manage and maintain an accurate schedule, market and sell personal training programs.
  • Service and Hospitality: Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members, interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience.
  • Professional Development: Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions.

Requirements:

  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
  • Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field).
  • CPR/AED certification.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year based on location and experience.
