Job Overview
As a Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role requires building meaningful relationships, assisting with activities of daily living, and collaborating with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.

Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily tasks and activities tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) in collaboration with the community team, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during shifts, physically checking on them regularly and responding promptly to any concerns or emergencies.
• Partner with the community team to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting risk management best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and families, upholding Sunrise hospitality standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and Sunrise's Principles of Service.

Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, employee assistance program, paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some states may require additional certifications or licenses.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
